gobeyondads.com is the marketing site of Beyond Ads, a performance marketing agency in Hyderabad. It is informational. There are no accounts, no logins, no payments taken, no subscriptions and no way for you to publish anything on it.

The only thing you can send us is an enquiry through the contact form, and what happens to that is set out in our privacy policy. Sending one starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, an engagement or any obligation on either side.

Any actual engagement runs on a separate written agreement signed by both of us. Where that agreement and this page disagree, that agreement wins.

Read the site, share it, quote it, send it to a colleague. What we ask you not to do is the usual short list: do not try to break into it or interfere with how it runs, do not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, do not use the contact form to send spam, malware or anything unlawful, and do not pretend to be someone you are not when you write to us.

We may block access if any of that happens. We would rather not have to.

The case studies, spend and revenue figures, return-on-ad-spend numbers and client counts are pulled from live accounts and published in good faith, including the quarters that went sideways. We believe they are accurate on the date they are published, and we do not dress them up.

They are a record of what happened, not a forecast of what will happen to you. Advertising results depend on your product, price, margin, supply, seasonality, competition and platform behaviour, most of which we do not control. Nothing on this site is a guarantee, warranty or promise of any particular result, and you should not treat it as one.

Nothing here is legal, financial, tax or accounting advice. Take your own before making a decision that matters.

The text, design, layout, charts and code of this site belong to Beyond Ads. You may quote a reasonable extract with attribution and a link. Republishing the site wholesale, or passing our material off as your own, is not on.

Client and partner names, logos and trade marks belong to those companies, not to us. They appear here nominatively, to identify brands we have worked with or platforms we work on, and their appearance is not a claim of ownership and is not an endorsement of Beyond Ads by the trade mark owner unless we say so explicitly. If you own one of those marks and want it taken down, email us and we will.

Where we link out, we are pointing at something we found useful on the day we linked to it. We do not control those sites, we do not vet them continuously, and we are not responsible for their content, their terms or what they do with your data. Once you follow a link, you are their visitor, not ours.

The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it up, correct and current, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or complete, and we may change or remove anything on it without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this site or these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
