what we do with
your data.

There is exactly one place on this site where you can give us personal data: the form on the contact page. It asks for your name, your brand, a work email and a short description of what is not working. It also lets you optionally add your website, the channels you are running, and the band your monthly ad spend falls into.

That is the complete list. We do not ask for a phone number, a postal address, a payment detail or a government identifier anywhere on this site, and there is no account to create and no password to set.

Separately, the server that hosts this site keeps ordinary access logs (IP address, timestamp, the page requested, the browser string) for as long as we need them to keep the site running and secure. Those logs are not linked to a named person, are not used to build a profile of you, and are not shared with anyone.

To reply to your enquiry, and to work out whether we are the right people for your brand. One of the founders reads it, usually comes back with a question or two about your margin structure, and either takes the conversation forward or tells you we are not a fit.

If we do end up working together, the same details carry into onboarding so nobody has to ask you for them twice. If we do not, the enquiry sits in our records until it is deleted on the schedule below.

We do not use anything you send us to market at you. There is no newsletter, no drip sequence and no remarketing audience built from this form.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 we process your data on the basis of your consent, and this page is the notice that consent is given against. Filling in the form and pressing send is the consent. It covers the purposes described above and nothing wider.

You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing hello@gobeyondads.com. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it, costs you nothing, and we will delete what we hold unless we are required by law to keep it. Withdrawal does not undo anything we lawfully did before you withdrew.

We think this is worth stating plainly, because for an advertising agency it is unusual. This site runs no analytics of any kind. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no advertising or measurement tag, no session recorder, no heatmap tool and no third-party script of any sort. We do not know how many people read this page.

The site sets no cookies. Not for advertising, not for analytics, not for preferences. That is also why you are not being asked to dismiss a consent banner.

The typeface is served from our own servers through Next.js font hosting, so loading a page here sends no request to Google or to any other font provider. In normal browsing, your browser talks to this site and to nothing else.

When you submit the form, this site posts it to its own server, which forwards it to Beyond Ads HQ, the internal operations app we run at hq.gobeyondads.ai. The enquiry is stored there and an email notification goes to the founders. Your browser never talks to HQ directly.

Inside Beyond Ads, access is limited to the founders and the small number of people who need it to respond to you. Outside Beyond Ads, the only party that touches your data is the email provider that carries that notification, which processes it only to deliver the message and may do so on servers outside India.

We do not sell your data, rent it, trade it or share it with advertising platforms, data brokers or any other client. We would disclose it if a law or a court in India compelled us to, and we would tell you unless we were forbidden from doing so.

If the enquiry does not lead to work, we delete it within twenty-four months, or straight away if you ask us to. If it does lead to work, we keep it for as long as you are a client and for the period afterwards that our tax and contractual obligations require, and then delete it.

The site is served over HTTPS, the handover to HQ happens server to server rather than in your browser, and access to the stored enquiries is restricted to named accounts. No system is perfect, but nothing here is left casually open.

This is a business-to-business site aimed at people running brands. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has sent us something through this form, tell us and we will delete it.
